Chef Rocio Lupianez

I am a Spanish chef from Málaga, in the south of Spain. For the past 7 years I have been living and working in Ireland, where I gained experience leading restaurant teams and creating new dishes inspired by both Mediterranean and international flavours.

My cooking is all about fresh, seasonal ingredients and making food that feels vibrant, authentic, and memorable. I love bringing a touch of creativity to traditional recipes, always adapting to the guests’ preferences.

Outside the kitchen I’m passionate about sports and hiking, which inspire me to cook food that is not only delicious but also nourishing and full of energy. I look forward to creating unique dining experiences that make people feel at home.
