I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience, I worked in Switzerland for Michelin star chef Sergi Arola, in Australia for Ben Deblin in Cesar ritz culinary school (Switzerland) as Chef instructor and as a Private chef in a luxury chalet in Verbier. Most of the times in open kitchen restaurant where show cooking and communication with the clients was a must!
