My cooking is a reflection of my life’s journey—a vibrant bridge between my Indian roots and over 12 years of professional experience in Spanish kitchens.

I began my path immersed in the traditional, soul-warming flavors of India. Later, my career took me to Spain, where I spent more than a decade mastering Mediterranean techniques and the precision of high-standard professional kitchens.

Now based in Basel, my mission is to share this unique fusion of cultures. I bring the authentic heritage of Indian spices together with the refined techniques I perfected in Spain to create a bespoke dining experience. I am here to continue evolving and, above all, to offer you a menu filled with passion, technique, and a story in every bite.
