Private chef with over 20 years of experience in high-end gastronomy. I have worked across 26 countries and speak four languages, developing a strong international culinary vision. My career includes Working with Michelin three-star restaurants such as Le Bernardin in New York, L Auberge de l Ill in France, The Ledbury in London, luxury establishments, and prestigious private residences and palaces worldwide. My most recent position was as Head Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant le Girardin ,Hotel la Maison des Tetes in colmar , France , where I contributed to maintaining consistently high culinary standards year after year. Passionate about refined cuisine, I combine technique, creativity, and cultural influences to deliver elevated and memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest.
