I am a personal chef located in the beautiful region of Guanacaste in Costa Rica. While cooking I like to highlight fresh local ingredients, as well as mixing in other cultural influences such as asian, italian, and french Gastronomy.
Cooking has been my passion since I was a child in my mom's kitchen back in France. After having a restaurant, I decided to share my passion and experience in a more personal way.
My cooking explores the multitude of tastes and flavors that can be created with the different ingredients that can be found in Costa Rica. My concept is to serve high end quality food, with organic and fresh products.
