Hallo. I am Ayan, an independent chef.

I love cooking, and I also love eating. It’s difficult to say which one is first.

After years of studying, cooking, and eating in TLV and Paris, I started operating as a private chef in 2010 and have been based in Berlin since 2014.

With a strong background in cooking, teaching, food design, and culinary consulting, I’m passionate about continuously exploring the culinary playground.

My cooking style is varied and combined with Mediterranean spiciness, French smoothness, and nutritional attitude.

From Vegan to Paleo, Mexican to Asian, I put together the method of classic gourmet with home cooking care, and offer my guests an updated modern fusion.

I cook for small and big events alike.

Each culinary experience is uniquely and attentively curated with the client.

Chef Ayan, was amazing! not only she was super nice, friendly, and professional, but the food was actually addictive! She was also very open minded to menu suggestions, which was super important for us, as we wanted to create something very specific and unique, and she delivered very well. I will recommend her to anyone, as she is amazing!

Chef Ayan Gavish was absolutely fantastic! Sge was very attentive and creative with creating the perfect menu for my partner's birthday and it was incredibly delicious. In addition, her personality is very positive and cheerful, we spent hours talking and she was a key part of what made our evening great. Highly recommend :)

Ayan is an amazing Chef and a very interesting person to discuss with . We were all confirmed hobby cooks around the table and there was clearly quite a gap. She's extremely meticulous and organized, but also willing to share her experiences and knowledge. Food (Asian Fusion) was impeccable both in the taste and the presentation. I think she even left our kitchen even cleaner than it was before she came ;-)

Very kind chef, we spent the whole preparation of the dinner talking to Ayan about her background, her experience and the kind of cuisine she enjoys doing. It's wonderful being the spectator of her culinary show: you can see that Ayan has tons of experience and enjoys doing what she does. Our Japanese fusion dinner was simply delightful. An explosion of tastes and spices and everything perfectly on point for my girlfriend's birthday. We will hire Ayan again for sure!

What a great evening with Chef Ayan! We made a reservation for my wife's birthday and we truly had an over the top experience. Chef Ayan was lovely, gave us a lot of explanation while preparing the dishes and was really nice company. She made us feel very comfortable all along this very unique experience. Having a chef at home is truly unique. The menu was delicious and in accordance with what she proposed on Take a chef site. We especially liked how she was working with simple day to day foods but turning them into something so great and tasty. She also sent us the recipes afterwards so we could (try to) reproduce the dishes. Overall a great experience that we will reproduce without hesitation!

I booked this experience to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had the best experience in a long time. Chef Ayan is a true professional. She communicated the meals well in advance, also took care of allergy requirements well. All dishes were prepared with full care, presented to us and absolutely delicious! Best of all, the kitchen was left sparkling clean after the meals. Thank you Chef Ayan for the incredible experience!

The Cheff Ayan was great! We had very easy communication, the menu was very nice (professional made and professional served). She were very delicate and the conversation with her was a pleasure.

The dinner with Ayan was very special ! It was the first time we experienced Take a Chef, we were excited and curious how this would have been. With Ayan in our kitchen we made the right choice! Not that she is just an awesome cook, we also had nice talks, fun and she explained how to prepare the dishes. The whole evening was cozy without any problems. We would definitely recommend Ayan as your chef to have the same amazing experience we had!
