I am a professional chef from South Africa with 27 years of experience in catering and hospitality. I can easily cook from a variety of cuisines (German, Indian, Mexican, Korean, Italian and many more). I had my own restaurant in South Africa where I specialised in authentic Southern African cuisine. I can cook haute cuisine for a private dinner party, or hearty home-style fare for the family.
