Get to know me better
I am a well travelled chef and cook contemporary European cuisine to a high standard.
I am 42 years old and have been cooking for 20 years in various countries and unique locations around the world.
I trained and worked in various restaurants in London between 2001- 2006 including J. Sheekey, Le Caprice and the Vale after which I set up my restaurant 'French Connection' in Belize, Central America with my partner. Our restaurant received notable press such as "Best meal in Belize" Condé Nast traveller.
After selling French Connection in 2011 I did consultancy work for resorts and ran a small supper club in Belize for half the year and did private cooking in Ibiza and Provence for the summer months for a range of clients and budgets. This move out of the daily kitchen was positive for me as I could spend time with my young daughter.
I recently started studying Psychology with Counselling ( BSc ) at university as this was something I missed out on first time round and I cook for clients on a part time basis.
