Cuisine is my preference I am very good at it
have 30 years of experience as a chef, ranging from European cooking to oriental and American
cuisine. I have worked in many locations of the world from Hong Kong to France to private yachts. I
was a chef/co-owner of a restaurant on the island of St Martin. The cuisine of my restaurant was
contemporary French. I also have experience on cruise ships as head chef overseeing 85 galley staff
and serving 12.000 quality meals daily

Chef Michael Patterson created a lovely dinner for us. He communicated with us prior to the scheduled meal, was punctual and prepared. The dishes were very well balanced, appealing to the eye, and delicious. The portions of each course were also well-balanced, so at the end we were full but not uncomfortably so. We definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an elegant and enjoyable meal.
