Been lucky enough to spent my first 15 years cooking beside some of the best cooks around the globe, I have spent the past 6 years polishing of my repertoire working on private yachts...
I now am looking to transfer my work back to land with a focus to offer value to more people by being available in alpine regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
