My name is Rupert, I’ve been working as a professional chef for over 15 years. Over this time I have developed a style that is focussed on simplistic beauty, providing nourishment through the food that I cook.
Sourcing great local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients from suppliers who share the same ethos.
I like to cook simple, yet elegant food, with a natural plating style in a relaxed environment.
For dinner parties I would normally incorporate a mix of plated elements as well as shared dishes to keep the atmosphere relaxed but also with an elegance that you’d expect to find in top restaurants.
My experience spans from fine dining restaurants, to French Chateaux, Australian beach houses, Exclusive Swiss chalets, to French Boulangeries and boutique destination weddings. My varied experience allows me to offer guests a bespoke service in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
