As the founder of Kalye, a pop-up concept bringing elevated Filipino cuisine to Munich, and the Philippine Food & Culture Festival, I am passionate about showcasing flavors in a way that feels both authentic and refined. My background allows me to move seamlessly between European classics, Asian cuisine, and contemporary fusion menus, always adapted to the preferences of my guests.
