I am a hard-working and open-minded person with a positive energy,and the ability to cook a couple of cuisines and this i bring into my workplace. My experience in the industry has taught me how important a pro-active attitude and dedication is, this is why I like to take initiative. I can take charge and lead a team, but i find my best moments of learning are with my own thought and constant ideas while working alone. I especially enjoy passing on my experience and skills with simply showing my Host simpler methods and trade tricks. My passion for cooking reflects in attention to detail and working on new recipes/dishes. I welcome every opportunity or new challenge to learn and broaden my knowledge in every aspect of cooking.
I learned to cook at the age of 18 at The International Hotel School, and since then, cooking has just become an extension of my thoughts.
