Get to know me better

As a chef, I’m a fearless flavor explorer who blends intuition with technique—whisking tradition and innovation into every dish I create.

I've worked in gastronomy for 15 years, starting as a waiter and restaurant manager. After the pandemic, I bought a grill and began selling burgers. Six years later, I opened my own bistro, which I ran for two years before selling it and transitioning into the role of a private chef. I founded a catering company, through which I became the main caterer for the National Theatre, pharmaceutical companies, and had the honor of cooking for the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel. Currently, I work as a culinary school instructor, sharing my experience and passion for cooking with aspiring chefs.
