With 19 years of hands-on experience shaped by love, resilience, and cultural richness, I have devoted my life to the art of soulful cooking. My journey began not in culinary school, but in the kitchen of my own spirit—where food became my refuge, my way of bringing ease and joy to the lives of my loved ones. What started as a healing hobby blossomed into a divine calling, revealing to me that food is more than sustenance; it is connection, it is memory, it is love served warm.

Born in the Caribbean, I carry within me the vibrant pulse of Creole, Latin, and soul food traditions—each spice, each simmer, each ingredient steeped in story. I have had the honor of serving military men during deployments back home, making sure that even far from comfort, their days were filled with warmth and care through the meals I prepared. I have owned and led my own restaurant, where every dish that left my kitchen was a heartfelt expression, a gift offered freely to all who entered my space.
