I'm a yacht hostess for 8 years now and my main duties on board are food provisioning and food preparation.
I am a yacht hostess whose main duties on board are food provisioning and food preparation. My first professional culinary experience was within the Hostess Academy. Since then I took a lot of classes and attended educational programs for professional chefs such as Mediteranean culinary arts program within ŠKMER culinary academy in Croatia.
