I am a chef and forager specialised in plant-based fine dining. Over the past ten years I have worked in the most prestigious vegan and vegetarian institutions in the United Kingdom, developing a strong set of skills in gourmet cooking from leading industry pioneers. I work with ingredients refining texture and flavor to create full, balanced dishes that satisfy even the pickiest of meat eaters.
For the past 6 years I have been teaching at esteemed Cookery schools across London and the UK as well as running my own private dining and foraging practice. While I specialise in gourmet foods, I also love cooking rustic, flavorsome nourishing meals for big families, retreats or friendly gatherings. In fact I began my career as cooking a private chef for two years for a family in my home country Latvia, before moving to the UK.
I am fluent in English and Russian, and I'll be accompanied by my partner Paige who helps me with the business and language aspects of my practice.
