I am from Sicily, I grew up working in my father’s trattoria and learning since I was a kid how to cook all the Italian dishes! In Sicily (RG) and London I‘ve been working in Michelin start restaurants as a restaurant manager and sommelier but recently I’ve discovered myself being very happy when cooking at home.
I am very creative and I like to experiment new recipes, always ready to make a new one!
