I am a professional chef from Hong Kong. I opened a fine dining restaurant as Chef de cuisine in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong in 2021 at age 23. After a big success, I decided to close down the restaurant and not to settle for a restaurant in such young age, instead I decided to come to France to perfect my craft and invest on my future!
Following spending time in the celebrated 3 Michelin star Yannick Alléno restaurant in Paris. I launched a pop-up restaurant in Paris named L'ONYX to reflect on my inspiration and adventure in France the past year. You can find information on instagram@restaurant_onyx .Now, I am in school in the Institut Paul Bocuse as a culinary arts student, learning again from the basic.
I am specialised in merging French and Chinese cuisine, often time I present classic French cuisine with a touch of my root to give a refreshing approach. If you are interested in trying a French x Chinese cuisine, I will am more than happy to cook and share my food with you.
