I am curious and open minded chef with attitude to meet high standards. I started my career as a chef 4 years ago in London. Since when I worked restaurants, catering, pastry, deli, grill, banqueting and a Michelin restaurant. Mostly I liked to work as an agency chef. Never boring, never the same menu for months. Always something to learn, to try a new recipe or a method of cooking.
