I am a professional Chef with 12 years of experiences. I learned the basis in the Italian part of Switzerland where I learned the secret of the Italian cusine. I than worked in Peru for 7 months dicovering this incredible cuisine and I am now based in France developing my creativity with local products.
I define myself as a passionate and enthousiaste. And I am really lucky the to live on my passion.
