I am a chef from Italian origin, born and raised in Argentina. After studying at the famous Argentinian Institute of Gastronomy, I started my career cooking for a prestigious catering house in Buenos Aires and specializing in the planning of private events for a demanding clientele. I have traveled the world searching for inspiration (China, Mexico, Chile, USA, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Spain and France), soaking up local cultures and their culinary traditions.

During my time in Italy, I had the great pleasure to participate in cooking shows ("La Prova del cuoco", "Frigo", "Gustibus") and collaborate with magazines (Diva Donna, For Men, Grazia, Di F).

My attention to detail and the refined presentation of the dishes I create are part of my strength. For me, cooking is more than a job, it is an art.

Je suis un chef d’origine italienne né en Argentine. Après des études de cuisine au célèbre Institut Argentin de la Gastronomie j’ai débuté ma carrière dans le monde de la gastronomie, responsable d’une maison de catering prestigieuse à Buenos Aires, puis spécialiste de l’organisation de dîners et soirées privés pour une clientèle exigeante.

J’ai voyagé le monde (Chine, Mexique, Chili, Etats-Unis, Allemagne, Turquie, Espagne, Italie et France) pour m’imprégner des cultures et traditions culinaires locales.

J’ai eu la chance pendant mon séjour en Italie de participer à plusieurs émissions de cuisine (« La Prova del cuoco », « Frigo », « Gustibus ») et de collaborer avec des magazines (Diva Donna, For Men, Grazia, Di F…)

Mon savoir-faire, la présentation raffinée de mes plats et la mise en scène de ma table constituent ma force. Pour moi, plus qu’un métier, la cuisine est un art.

We had an incredible experience with Take a Chef. While our family was visiting Paris we hosted an engagement party for my sister. Natalio Simionato prepared the menu and sent it via WhatsApp. In addition, he recommended beautiful wines for our meal. Natalio thoughtfully worked with us on timing of the courses. Since we were interested in the ingredients the preparation of the meal, he walked us through the details before starting to cook. He introduced each course when served and answered our questions. Natalio was timely with communication, punctual to begin the evening and we didn't lift a finger to prepare or clean up. Lastly, the food was delightful. Our experience was a special part of our trip to Paris. Many found memories. Thank you!

Le chef a eu un comportement exemplaire en tout point. Nous avions choisi de la cuisine italienne et nous n avons pas été déçu jusqu a l accent italien du chef dépaysement total.
