I am a profesional chef for 9-10 years now. I am from Greece and the last 5 years i live in France where i worked in michelin restaurants in south and paris. I have experience also as private chef in villas and small cruise ships 6*. My cooking is always seasonal and trying to discover the best possible ingredients .Also I dont use a lot of oil and butter in my foods.
