I'm a young chef, with almost 10 years of experience, i took a 3 year level 4 course in 2013 at school. During the course i studied and worked to gain experience. My first job was in a castle that held private events and weddings.
After completing the course, i started working with famous chef called Chef Vitor Matos, where i was a cook for the cold entrees. After the starters i went to the warm ones where i stayed for 1 year. When the contrat ended, i received a proposal to head a restaurant with the help of a starred chef, Chef Cordeiro.
I managed it for 2 years with a team of two cooks.
I felt i had to learn more about internacional kitchen, so i ventured to corsica, to a 5 star hotel, Marinca hotel, where i was chef de partie, with Chef Ricardo Jones.
And since i had never been to the cold, i went to the alps with same chef, to Le Montana, 3 star hotel, where i was chef de partie as well.
Back to corsica, i thought i should get to know more about the local cuisine, i did a season in a restaurante in porto vecchio, Le Cantina de L'orriu, i was a chef de partie.
