Modern chef that's turning traditional dishes into something that people will care for.
I'm self taught chef that has been now working for past six seasons in "À la carte" restaurants. Kitchen is where I'm most comfortable, teaching others and cooking for guests. I have been attending Gastronomy College for past three years in Split. Where I'm still polishing my skills. I'm most comfortable cooking local dishes, but im familiar with modern cooking as well.
