During the school I worked at hotel Radisson blu (Split) for 4 years, after that I started to work ala carte restaurant bepa (Split) for 2 years. Then I went to Island Brač in Waterman Svpetrvs Resort to work as sous chef at fish restaurant for 4 years. Last 2 years I work at Terminal F in Split as a chef.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Duje and his menu. The highlight was the duck breast in orange and prosecco sauce, beautifully paired with creamy mascarpone polenta, followed by a traditional rozata for dessert. Duje was professional, attentive, and at the same time very warm, making us feel completely relaxed and taken care of. He not only cooked with great skill, but also shared his passion for Dalmatian cuisine in a way that made the evening truly special. Highly recommended!

Duje Brkić and his team were absolutely amazing! The service and hosting were fantastic and the food was incredible. We had some dietary requirements that needed to be catered for and he did this perfectly. Everyone absolutely loved the whole experience, thank you so much!

The evening experience was one to remember. The food was delicious, everything was explained and offered a true Croatian experience. They were so lovely and made my little boys birthday special and both the chef and the host were really friendly, punctual and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible 3 course meal for 11 at our rental home. It was great to have fine dining without having to venture out of the house. Would definitely do again!

Chef Duje and his team were very engaging, informative and delivered so much more food than we thought we'd have for our group of 10. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and loved how thought through our additional requests were. The kitchen in our villa was absolutely spotless when the team left. Really recommend!

We really enjoyed Chef Duje and server Andre who catered a birthday dinner for us to celebrate our friend during our stay in Croatia. Communication beforehand was very good, the chef was incredibly responsive via the app and WhatsApp. They were cooperative to work with the basic kitchen we had in the villa (we thought it was going to be more extensive that it was so we sent photos after arrival) and we were relieved for their flexibility. We were very impressed by the printed menu he brought with special details of the friend and villa name which was a nice touch. The portion sizes were very large. They cleaned up dishes between courses and loaded the dishwasher after. It made for a very enjoyable evening for us. Book with confidence!

We enjoyed both the dishes for the adults and the separate menu we requested for the kids. As the chef prepared a generous quantity we were even able to enjoy some of it the day after as lunch! I consider the chef plus our waiter as friendly and professional and would definitely recommend them.

We can't say enough about our experience with Chef Duje. We booked him for 5 nights during our stay in Split. During the planning process, he was very quick to respond and asked thorough questions to understand our tastes. I had a proposed menu that we were excited about in hand shortly thereafter. Every evening, Chef Duje and his waiter prepared custom cocktails for us to enjoy pre-dinner and had our first course on the table about 30 minutes after arrival. Every appetizer, main and dessert we had was delicious. We were even surprised with a delicious cake when Chef found out we were celebrating our anniversary. The kitchen was clean with leftovers wrapped...often before we were finished eating. What we loved the absolute most was getting to know Chef Duje and Josip. They helped us get to know the culture in so many ways, including sharing some of their homemade wine and olive oil. Our entire family (kids 13 and 11) were sad to part ways with Duje and Josip and feel like they put a piece of Split in our hearts forever.
