First, let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Halil Ibrahim, and I am originally from Turkey. I have been living in Croatia for about 4 years. I have over 10 years of experience in the kitchen, especially in preparing buffets, catering, and group meals. I have experience with Mediterranean cuisine, Turkish-Kurdish cuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine, and Balkan cuisine. (Starters, soups, salads, appetizers, side dishes, rice-based dishes, oven dishes, stews, kebabs, goulash) In short, I can prepare dishes from many different cuisines, from starters to main courses, in different flavors and styles, seamlessly for buffet organizations.
