Jurica Jurašković is a young chef with a unique story: he moved from the world of music to the culinary arts. Years of musical creativity have shaped his aesthetics and today are the basis of his approach to gastronomy - creative and focused on the guest experience.

His professional formation happened in Manchester, where he studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and graduated from The Manchester College culinary school. He developed his unique style under the mentorship of Simon Wood, MasterChef UK 2015 winner. Working in highly ranked culinary environments in England gave him precision, discipline and a clearly defined, modern cooking style. Upon his return to Croatia, he won a prestigious scholarship from the Aspira University College, where he currently studies gastronomy, while his participation in MasterChef Croatia 2025 further emphasized his profile as an ambitious and recognisable young chef.

Today, Jurica creates experiences through private cooking that combine atmosphere, story and emotion. Each dinner he creates is conceived as a gastronomic concert - a harmonious rhythm of flavors, careful presentation and experience are what remains carved in the memory.

Everything was perfect from he came till he left. Food, wine everything has as we hope for.

Juri was very communicative and friendly before our dinner, and was happy adjusting our menu to our tastes. He arrived ahead of time to get set up and ready to prepare our meal. The meal was incredible from start the finish, and the portions were nicely sized & very well presented. Juri described each dish as he brought them out, his friendly vibe set a great tone for the evening & the kitchen was spotless after he left. We would highly recommend!

Our Chef was very polite and professional! He was well prepared, and started his preparations after a short introduction. All of the dishes were presented beautifully and the full descriptions were informative. Overall 10/10! Would definitely recommend Takeachef!

Jurica is een zeer fijne en rustige chef, die goed communiceert en oog heeft voor detail. Zijn gepresenteerde gerechten waren heerlijk en zelfs onze tieners konden niet genoeg krijgen van zijn creaties. Ik kan iedereen dan ook ruimschoots aanbevelen gebruik te maken van de diensten van Jurica.

Exceptional experience with Chef Jurica ! Jurica was incredibly responsive from the start, and he perfectly respected our brief by offering authentic, traditional Croatian dishes. He prepared two different, outstanding menus for my wife and me. The ingredients and seafood came directly from his own garden or personal connections, making the experience even more authentic. The service was impeccable, with a beautiful presentation for every dish. On top of that, his pricing was highly competitive compared to other, less interesting offers. We truly feasted and highly recommend Jurica!

We were extremely happy with Jurica and highly recommend him. He prepared a delicious Mexican dinner for six of us during our bachelorette celebration, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Jurica was friendly, arrived right on time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly book him again.
