Committed to every meal, I get the most out of every ingredient and I revel in it.
I have been a chef for 12 years, gaining valuable experience cooking in Croatia alongside some of the country’s best chefs. For the past four years, I have been working as the Executive Chef at Maestro Restaurant in Split, recognized as one of the best restaurants in the city.
My guiding principle in the kitchen is to present traditional dishes in my own way, combining respect for classic flavors with personal creativity. I am neat, organized, and meticulous in my work, always maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen.
