I have been a chef for 12 years. I gained experience cooking in Croatia with the best Croatian chefs. I have currently been working for the last 4 years as the executive chef of the Maestro restaurant in Split, which is one of the best restaurants in Split. The guiding principle in cooking is to present traditional dishes in my own way. I am neat, organized and clean in my work.

Perfect ! Everything perfect !

We had Chef Stipe Vuletic cooking and Sommelier Mijo Botić pairing his wine selections for the evening. The communication ahead of the dinner, the rapid setup and description of the evenings food and wine selections, the attention to detail throughout the dinner/dessert and the cleanup were all amazing. The local Croatian wine choices paired beautifully with the expertly crafted food while watching the sun set in high in the hills above Omiš. I highly recommend these two for a special event or simply a relaxing dinner with family and friends.
