Chef At Home in Split

I have been a chef for 12 years, gaining valuable experience cooking in Croatia alongside some of the country’s best chefs. For the past four years, I have been working as the Executive Chef at Maestro Restaurant in Split, recognized as one of the best restaurants in the city.

My guiding principle in the kitchen is to present traditional dishes in my own way, combining respect for classic flavors with personal creativity. I am neat, organized, and meticulous in my work, always maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen.

Very nice experience. Good communication, excellent food.

Chef Stipe’s food was fantastic. The entire experience from planning the menu, the food, and clean up was outstanding.

What a fantastic evening. From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, but the steak in particular was outstanding, cooked to perfection. The truffle sauce was another highlight that we all thoroughly enjoyed and were talking about long after the plates were cleared. There was more than plenty of food, we were completely full and very happy. It felt like a proper dining experience brought right to us, and it made the evening truly special. We can't thank the chef and his sous chef enough. They were brilliant together, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we made memories that evening that will stay with us. We would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a private dining experience in Omis, Croatia. Book them, you won't be disappointed.

Chef Stripe and his server Stefan were amazing. They were very attentive. We were a hen do of 9 girls. They couldn’t do enough for us and even brought shots and ice! The food was lovely especially the tuna and it was so nice not to have to clear up! Thank you - would 100% recommend

Our evening was simply incredible. The chefs food was some of the best food we have ever been served. The menu flowed brilliantly. The explanation of each course was so good and helped us understand local flavours and pairings. It was amazing value for money and if we return to Croatia, we would not hesitate to use him again. Dit was onze eerste keer. Wat een gave ervaring. Het gevoel van een sterrenrestaurant in je eigen privé omgeving. Helemaal top! Stipe en Myo waren een topteam. Stipe heeft heerlijke gerechten bereid en Myo deze op een fantastische manier aan ons gepresenteerd met boeiende verhalen. Ongelooflijk dat alles ook nog eens helemaal schoon en opgeruimd achter gelaten werd. Super!

Chef Stipe lagade och serverade min födelsedagsmiddag för 22 personer, vuxna och barn. Allt var perfekt! Fina råvaror, vällagat och fint serverat. Vi kunde slappna av och bara njuta av maten och sällskapet.

Chef Stipe and Mijo were absolutely incredible. Every person at the table not only enjoyed the truly wonderful food but their engagement, care and attention to detail. It was a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended by us all.

Chef Stipe and waitor Nikola took care of us during our stay outside of Split. From the first messages to the last desert, Stipe and Niko delivered incredible dishes with attention to detail. A lot of care was put in to making our experience memorable and enjoyable. Easy communication, planning and immaculate execution, an all around five star experience!

We had Chef Stipe Vuletic cooking and Sommelier Mijo Botić pairing his wine selections for the evening. The communication ahead of the dinner, the rapid setup and description of the evenings food and wine selections, the attention to detail throughout the dinner/dessert and the cleanup were all amazing. The local Croatian wine choices paired beautifully with the expertly crafted food while watching the sun set in high in the hills above Omiš. I highly recommend these two for a special event or simply a relaxing dinner with family and friends.
