I am a professional chef from Trogir, deeply connected to Dalmatian and Mediterranean cuisine. My cooking is guided by seasonal local ingredients, traditional flavours and the people and stories behind them. I like to keep my dishes honest and recognizable, while giving them a personal and contemporary touch. For me, every menu should reflect the place, the season and the people gathered around the table.
