A graduate of a Vocational High School with a focus on Culinary. I have good experience in western food and a strong interest in the culinary world.
I am a professional cook for western, especially Turkish, Russian, Indonesian and Mediterranian dishes. I’ve work in the kitchen more than 6 years. I’ve studied culinary departement in Vocational School Yogyakarta and work in hotel 5-stars. Now I’m working in Restaurant in Bali as a Junior Sous Chef.
I do vegetarian food also. I can cost the budget and make a calories for the dishes.
