Passionate young cook with multiple experiences in French fine-dining cuisine.
My name is Arsyan and I started my culinary journey going to a culinary school in Switzerland where I learn the fundamentals in French cuisine. I worked in a fine dining brasserie in Geneva where I was mentored by classically trained Chef. I followed my journey by going to the US where I had the opportunity to work in a 1 Michelin-star restaurant called Auberge du Soleil located in Napa Valley, California. I specialize in French cuisine although I am highly interested in Japanese food also. The type of experience I will create will be a refined, multi-course meal where I will take you on a journey with an interesting background story. Wine pairings could be arrange as to accommodate the menu to the type of wine that the customer enjoys.
