I'm a New Zealand-born private chef with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for creating thoughtful, seasonal meals. After many years in front-of-house roles, I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where I deepened my knowledge of fresh, local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Now working as a private chef, I bring an international approach to flavour, with a focus on quality, simplicity, and the joy of sharing good food. Whether it's an intimate family dinner or a special celebration, I create menus that reflect the tastes and needs of each client.
