I'm quite compassionate when it comes to cooking especially my favorite amongst all cuisines and that's Mediterranean especially the cuisine from ( saudi, Jordan, lebanon, Israel, gulf ) area belt.

I'll be happy to assist any thing regarding middle Eastern cuisine.

Another cuisine which I truly like to cook and personally feel is highly underrated is American cuisine especially South western ( Alabama, Louisiana, south virginia, Texas, Tennessee) .
