With over 2 years of experience in Italian cuisine in Canada as well. With 6 years of collective experience in Italian, French, Indian, Mexican, British and Japanese cuisine.
After my first year here in New Delhi working in a small family run restaurant as a chef de partie, i decided i need to extend my skill to different cuisines and took a 5 years culinary journey in Canada learning and perfecting multiple cuisines.
