With over 16 years of culinary experience across leading hotels within the country and Tanzania I love to serve good food.
Graduated from the Taj Hospitality School and spent time with leading hotels across the country. Although I was trained in western cuisine I have picked up Indian and Asian over the years. The hotels I learnt and worked in include the Leela, Taj, Marriott and ITC.
