Hello! I’m Chef Mahesh Sharma, an Executive Chef from New Delhi with over 30 years of experience in the culinary world. Cooking has been my lifelong passion — something I’ve dedicated my entire career to, working with some of the most respected hotels and banquets in the city, including Jaypee Siddharth, Tivoli Grand, Atrio Hotel, and Sanskriti Banquet.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead large kitchen teams, design menus for grand events, and serve guests from all walks of life. My specialty lies in Indian and Continental cuisines, where I focus on creating dishes that are rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with the freshest ingredients.

For me, food is more than just taste — it’s about experience. Whether I’m preparing a private dinner, a family celebration, or a curated tasting menu, I put my heart into every dish I serve. My goal is always to bring joy and satisfaction to every guest through warm hospitality and authentic cooking.
