Passionate about food, trying different cuisines and obsessed with Michelin level plating.
I thoroughly enjoy cooking, have learnt it through my work and travels across 12 countries- I love and enjoy hosting, and plating is a very deep passion. I have learnt cooking also through specialized cookbooks and culinary workshops in various countries I have lived in. I love French, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Asian and South Asian cuisine and happy to continue experimenting with merging and cross fertilization of techniques, flavours and recipes across culinary regimes.
