Chef At Home in Mumbai
Get to know me better
A home cook who grew up eating a cuisine not easily available on restaurant menus. Now bringing that to the world.
I am a home chef who learned to cook by helping my mother in the kitchen. Later in life, as I moved away from home, I missed home-cooked food and returned to the kitchen to cook the same dishes I grew up eating. As I started sharing these dishes with people around me, it dawned on me how, outside my community, people were unaware of them. So here I am, sharing the joy with you.
More about me
For me, cooking is...
Joy. It is the joy that keeps on giving.
I learned to cook at...
home. From my mother. And have over 10years of experience cooking for myself and friends.
A cooking secret...
is patience. after many failed dishes that went straight into the bin, I learned that slow cooking is the key to a great dish.
