I am a Culinary Management graduate, passing out from India's one and only group of boutique chain of hotels, The Park.
My culinary expertise ranges from Italian to Japanese and Pan-Asian, also interlocking Mediterranean or Levantine cooking into my style.
The food plated and served is definitely contemporary, with more focus on the flavors of the produce than the accompaniments.
