Iam confident I have the skills and experience necessary to excel in the kitchen at yourcompany. I started my job as Helper in my temptation restaurant at new delhi. I worked forthree years as a line cook in my home town .As a line cook, I had to be organized and fast.This environment prepared me for the rigors of BCIHM&CT, New Delhi, India. l. Instituteintensely focused program taught me knife skills and how to read a recipe. I learned classictechniques and how to cook with diverse ingredients. I further adapted recipes to work withthe ingredients that were on hand. I then took this knowledge to worked with differentcuisines and different companies in my life where I put these skills to use. I workedexperience 17 years. I was in charge of kitchen operations and developing the menu. I keptthe kitchen up to sanitation standards, trained the kitchen staff, and purchased all food and pantry items necessary for each week’s menu. I set high standards and received rave reviews.
