Excellente expérience grâce au chef Rishi

Rishi was very professional and great with his work. He understood the ask & curated the menu according to our palate, the dishes tasted great and were presented & explained well. He was also very polite to talk to, including with the house staff. He left the kitchen super clean, which is always great. Only feedback is on thinking through his pricing which is on the higher side currently (it’s a trade-off between being super premium and getting a wider market).
