A chef who turns thoughtful simplicity into elegant, memorable and ingredient driven experiences.
With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I pursued hotel management, then joined the kitchens at ITC Hotels, where my passion and respect for the art grew tenfold and the rush of working in professional kitchens stayed with me.
I then worked as chef de cuisine for 1.5 years overseeing 4 outlets for a Bangalore based company, sous chef heading a café and catering outlet in Dubai and head chef of a Japanese restaurant in Mumbai. My most recent adventure took me to the three Michelin starred kitchen at Core, London and i have come back hungrier than ever to find new creative outlets for my passion.
