I am a professional chef with four years of experience in fine dine, catering, product development and menu development. I have worked with chef's like Manu Chandra, Clive Fernandes, Tushar Sood, Varun Pereira, Gitika Saiki, Siumei Lim and more. Its fun for me to create new menus and the challenge of cooking in a new setup everytime is thrilling. It has only made me versatile to work in any given environment.
