Soul food. I consider and touch more than one sense during my dinners

I am a culinary artist that works with many many layers of taste, feelings and emotions. I combine spirituality, art and gastronomy in a synergistic way. Don’t be surprised if I during a dinner do something completely irrational. I very impulsive and spontaneous.

Afterwards it’s not about the food no more.

I use the nature as an inspiration source, mushrooms takes a big part of my events.

During my events I bring not only food and myself, I bring all plates, props and beverage if asked for. I pair quite good and I mix wine, cider, kombucha and other interesting liquids.
