I am an Executive Chef with nearly 20 years of professional experience, starting my culinary journey in 2006. I began my career specializing in Italian cuisine, then continuously developed my skills through annual professional courses and trainings in collaboration with embassies and international culinary programs.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise to French and international cuisines, working in high-end kitchens and large-scale operations. This path led me to my role as Executive Chef in a major resort, where I managed fine dining, Lebanese cuisine, banquets, and large buffets.
My cooking style combines refined technique, strong organization, and adaptability, always focusing on quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences.
