I am a very experience chef with more than 30 years.
Started as a cook at an army camp in Singapore and posted to a culinary section serving for army senior officers and VVIP guest included foreign dignitaries.
After my national duties, I seeked other establishment on board a foreign going vessel as a chef. My biggest breakthrough in culinary was working for the Royal Families in Brunei Darussalam where I work for about 12 years.
