Raised in Sabah, always been crystal clear since a teenager that ne dining is David’s lifelong goal. One of the biggest challenges then, was a lack of ne dining places back in the hometown, which soon leads to the embarking of a journey to countries around the world for education, as well as picking up culinary experiences in various hotel and restaurants. Exceptionally inspired by his experience in Attica Melbourne, which is headed by acclaimed chef, Ben Shewry, David aims to impress the diners with his modern yet naturalistic way of cooking.
