Studied and graduated from Taylor’s University, acquiring Le Baccalauréat Professionnel from Academie de Toulouse. I have been working with food and chefs ever since, from Hotels, Restaurants, Lecturing, owning my own restaurant, Airport Dining, Transit Hotels and even landing myself a Senior Sales Manager job in the Horeca trade.
