I am a dedicated culinary professional with over fourteen years of diverse, hands-on experience across multiple cuisines and operational environments. My career began in Singapore, where I spent a decade refining my skills in vegetarian, Western, and Chinese cuisine. Working in a highly competitive and standards-driven culinary landscape allowed me to develop a strong foundation in flavor balance, kitchen discipline, workflow management, and high-volume service efficiency. During this period, I had the privilege of collaborating with a Michelin-accredited Spanish chef, an experience that strengthened my appreciation for precision, creativity, and authentic European techniques. This collaboration not only broadened my technical understanding but also sharpened my ability to adapt global influences into cohesive, modern dishes while maintaining each cuisine’s integrity.

After returning to Malaysia, I expanded my expertise with four additional years specializing in Malay cuisine. Immersing myself in Malaysia’s culinary traditions enriched my understanding of regional ingredients, heritage flavors, and the importance of cultural storytelling through food. This combination of international exposure and local mastery allows me to create menus that are both innovative and rooted in authenticity.
