My career began in Singapore, where I spent a decade refining my skills in vegetarian, Western, and Chinese cuisine. Working in a highly competitive and standards-driven culinary landscape allowed me to develop a strong foundation in flavor balance, kitchen discipline, workflow management, and high-volume service efficiency. During this period, I had the privilege of collaborating with a Michelin-accredited Spanish chef, an experience that strengthened my appreciation for precision, creativity, and authentic European techniques. After returning to Malaysia, I expanded my expertise with four additional years specializing in Malay cuisine.
